Like the title says, I haven't even had this headset for a year and for over the past month if I scroll the volume wheel down (to lower the volume obviously) it CRANKS the volume UP! The ONLY way to turn it down on the scroll wheel is if I try moving the scroll down incredibly slow click by click even then that only works have the time.
